Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every Genify account, prompt, upload, generation, download, and other use of the Service. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

Genify is intended for lawful creative, commercial, educational, and productivity work. You may create original images and videos, develop authorized marketing and product assets, transform material you have permission to use, and explore supported creative styles, provided the activity complies with this AUP and applicable law.

2. Sexual and exploitative content

You may not use Genify to create, request, upload, edit, or distribute:

• pornography, NSFW material, nudity intended for sexual gratification, explicit sexual acts, or sexually suggestive content;
• sexual content involving or appearing to involve anyone under 18, including fictional, illustrated, or AI-generated depictions;
• grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or content that facilitates abuse; or
• non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized depictions of a real person.

Attempts to disguise prohibited sexual content with euphemisms, coded language, cropping, partial prompts, or repeated variations are also prohibited.

3. Face manipulation and deceptive identity use

Genify must not be used for face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, or other face-manipulation workflows. You may not present generated media as an authentic record of a real person's words, actions, identity, endorsement, or participation when it is not.

Professional portraits and other identity-related content must use material you are authorized to process and must not mislead, defraud, harass, or harm the depicted person.

4. Harmful, abusive, or illegal activity

You may not use the Service to create or facilitate:

• credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, intimidation, or hateful abuse;
• promotion, recruitment, or operational support for terrorism or violent extremism;
• instructions that meaningfully facilitate violent wrongdoing, self-harm, illegal weapons, trafficking, or other serious harm;
• fraud, phishing, scams, identity theft, forged evidence, counterfeit goods, or deceptive commercial claims;
• malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, or evasion of security controls;
• unlawful discrimination or exploitation of a person's sensitive traits; or
• any activity prohibited by applicable law.

5. Rights, privacy, and authorized materials

You must have the rights, consent, and lawful basis needed for every prompt, upload, and intended output use. Do not:

• infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
• upload private or sensitive personal information without authorization;
• remove a watermark, copyright notice, or ownership marker unless you own the material or have explicit permission to edit it;
• create misleading replicas of protected brands, documents, credentials, or products; or
• use an output in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or origin.

6. Platform integrity

You may not bypass or probe moderation, rate limits, authentication, credit accounting, storage limits, or other safeguards. Do not use automation in a way that disrupts the Service, degrades access for other users, or generates abusive traffic. Do not resell account access or use compromised accounts, payment methods, or credentials.

7. Moderation and enforcement

Prompts and tasks may be evaluated by Genify, Creem moderation services where applicable, and the selected model provider. A request may be allowed, flagged, denied, or held for review. We may remove content, limit generation access, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and report conduct when required by law.

A moderation decision is not a legal determination and does not transfer responsibility for your content to Genify. Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content may result in account termination.

If you believe a request was blocked in error, contact contact@genify.chat with the approximate time, tool, and task or error details. Do not resend prohibited material by email.

8. Reporting misuse

Report suspected abuse, infringement, or dangerous content to contact@genify.chat or through our contact page. Include the relevant URL, task identifier, and a concise explanation when available. Do not include passwords, API keys, complete card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.

9. Policy changes

We may update this AUP as the Service, risks, provider requirements, or law change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
